I know Neymar is happy at Paris : Rakitic

Neymar Jr. is heavily linked with a move to Real Madrid this summer

Neymar Jr. became the most expensive player in the history of football, when he joined Paris Sent Germain from FC Barcelona on a record deal. The footballing predicted that this record would go on to stay for a long time, but reports all across the world suggest Neymar would join FC Barcelona’s arch-rivals Real Madrid in another massive, record-breaking deal.

There are many rumours suggesting he is unsettled in Paris and is exploring options elsewhere. But, his former teammate at FC Barcelona, Ivan Rakitic has come with a strange argument. According to the Croatian midfielder, Neymar Jr. is happy at Paris Sent Germain.

Speaking to Marca, Ivan Rakitic said, “I know that Neymar is very happy in Paris, but I also knew he was happy in Barcelona and still left,”

He also said he would prefer Neymar to stay ar Paris rather than joining Real Madrid in the summer. Rakitic also revealed that he wasn’t surprised to hear Zidane stepping down from the role of Real Madrid manager. The midfielder said, “At first, it didn’t surprise me,”
