SSE Champions Cup warms up everyone for the upcoming League

SSE Champions Cup was a pre-season warm-up tournament organised by SSE to get players and parents back into the groove for the season ahead as well as to prepare them for the 7th edition of the SSE Champions League! 

Age group: U10

In the Age 10 groups, Mighty Minions won the Platinum Cup beating SSE Panthers 2-0, Rehaan winning the Man of the Match trophy and William taking the player of the team award.

In the Gold Cup, Ascend International School picked up a comfortable 7-0 win over Beacon Buddies in the final with Madhav being the Man of the Match and Amar named the player of the team.

For the Silver Cup, The French School 1 took the honours defeating Scottish Brave-hearts 1-0 in the finals, Klein winning the Man of the Match and Vinayak awarded the player of the team.

In the Bronze Cup, OIS Charges defeated The French School 2 by the score of 8-0; Vedant won the Man of the Match trophy while Daphnee received Player of the team award.

Age group: U12

In the Age 12 groups, Spartans won the Platinum Cup beating SSE Tigers 2-1, George winning the Man of the Match trophy and Kahaan taking the player of the team award.

In the Gold Cup, OIS Starts picked up a close 3-2 win over OIS Legends in the final with Sparsh being the Man of the Match and Ishaan named the player of the team.

For the Silver Cup, SSE Cheetahs took the honours defeating SSE Panthers 2-0 in the finals, Ansh winning the Man of the Match and Ayushman awarded the player of the team.

In the Bronze Cup final, Ascend International School defeated The French School by the close score of 3-2; Aarav won the Man of the Match trophy while Oscar received Player of the team award.

Age group: U14

In the Age 14 groups, SSE Lions won the Platinum Cup beating Kooh sports 3-2, Stavyah winning the Man of the Match trophy and Aryan taking the player of the team award.

In the Gold Cup, Roaring Tigers picked up a comfortable 3-0 win over SSE FC in the final with Yohana being the Man of the Match and Suraj named the player of team

For the Silver Cup, SSE Tigers took the honours defeating SSE United 2-1 in the finals, Toby winning the Man of the Match and Prem awarded the player of team

In the Bronze Cup final, Orchids Intl School Malad ‘B’ Team had to beat their own ‘A’ team by a close margin of 5-4; Hrithik won the Man of the Match trophy while Waachak received Player of the team award
