MDFA 3rd Division: Judean FC makes it three wins in a row

Judean FC complete hat-trick of wins while Somaiya Sports Academy and Twinkle Star SC pick close wins on Day 28 of MDFA 3rd Division encounters.

In a Group E encounter between Judean FC and Storm Chasers FC, Judean ran away with three points courtesy a 2-0 win. With this win, Judean continued their clean sheet run to 3 games. A 10th minute strike from Varun Dey put Judean in front. Despite storm chasers attempted comeback throughout the game, it was Judean who scored the next goal when Manoj singh struck in the dying minutes of the game to the game into bed.

Group E: Storm Chaser FC 0 – 2 Judean FC (Varun Dey 10’, Manoj Singh 50’)

In the mid-afternoon fixture between Kentaurians FC and Somaiya Sports Academy, Somaiya picked up a close win courtesy a last gasp goal by Mohammed Malpara. The 50th minute strike condemned Kentaurians FC to their third consecutive defeats.

Group B: Kentaurians FC 0 – 1 Somaiya Sports Academy (Mohammad Malpara 50’)

In the group F fixture, Twinkle Star SC edged out Om Saidham SM to open their account in the points table. Sajid Mohammed’s 18th minute strike gave Twinkle star their first win of the third division campaign after two previous losses. At the other end Om Saidham faced their first loss of the season after a win and a draw in precious encounters.

Evening Games Update:

In the evening game between Creek View FC and KSA U-17 team both sides shared points after each managing 1 goals. Siddhesh Kamble put creek view in front in the 19th minute which was brought back to level terms by Siddhant Tendulkar 37th minute strike.

In the penultimate game of the day, United Villagers welfare faced Madanpura SC. Riding on Melbourne Patil’s hattrick along with Brantino Botterea’s opening strike, United welfare picked an easy 4-0 victory

In the final game of the day, O’sheish FC picked up a comfortable 2-0 win over Miners FC. Faizan Shaikh and Rahil Damani being on the score sheet for O’sheish FC. With this win O’sheish moved to the top of the table.
