Kenkre FC vs Air India – A crucial tie for Kenkre

18th December 2017, Mumbai: Later today, in the MDFA (Mumbai District Football Association) Elite Division, Kenkre FC will face in-form Air India at Cooperage Stadium in a clash where both Kenkre FC would be looking to snatch a win to bounce back in the campaign.

Kenkre FC is second from bottom, whereas, their counterpart Air India is second in the table behind Union Bank of India (UBI). Kenkre FC is yet to win a game this season while Air India has won all their three games this season and will be hoping to continue their winning streak.

Air India will be heading towards the match on the back of a 4-0 win against Air India. Meanwhile, Kenkre FC registered a 2-2 draw against the newly-promoted side Century Rayon last week.

Air India will be delighted to see their experienced players Santosh Koli, Vijith Shetty (Captain) contributing to the side just like they have been doing for more than a decade. Kenkre FC’s attack would be hoping to rely on Taha Kacchwala, Francisco Dominic and Yash Mhatre to deliver.
