Bank of Baroda hosts the FIFA U17 World Cup 2017 Winner’s Trophy at Mumbai

The Winner’s Trophy of FIFA U17 World Cup is travelling in India to provide an opportunity to football lovers to witness and experience the Trophy.

Bank of Baroda, the first National Supporter for the FIFA U-17 World Cup hosted the prestigious Winner’s Trophy for the U- 17 World Cup at Mumbai today. An event was organised in Oberoi Mall, Goregaon East, Mumbai today

The trophy display was open to all public and specially to kids and students who all came in huge numbers and witnessed the same. The Bank had specially designed a Football carnival atmosphere where the kids and the audiences not only got the first hand opportunity to witness the Winner’s Trophy but also got the chance to participate in various fun filled activities and sports and won prizes / merchandises and also tickets for the World Cup Matches.

Speaking on the occasion Shri Shailendra Singh, Dy. General Manager (Mktg., Corp Comm. & WMS) said, “Bank of Baroda is proud to be associated with FIFA as the Fist National Supporter of FIFA U17 World CUP 2017, we are really excited to promote Football in India and are feeling elated today to host the Trophy Experience at Mumbai and we will bring this experience for the kids and general public next at Panjim on 14th Sept and Kochi on  23rd Sept 2017. Similar events were also organized at Delhi on 22nd August and in Kolkata on 30th August.”  “He further expressed his gratitude towards FIFA for presenting Bank with such an opportunity at Mumbai and other centres. He emphasised that the audience coming to the event will have an unforgettable experience”.
