MDFA 3rd Division: Goals galore on day four

Days four of the third division games of MDFA witnessed goals galore as much as 13 goals were scored in three games

The first game between Veer Engineering and Young Star S.C. was an exciting affair. Goals from Pratham Bhatkar and Krish Parekh had put Veer engineering into two goals lead as both sides entered the break. However, Young stars came out determined in the second half as Danish Khan pulled one back immediately. Although despite repeated pressure Veer engineering held on to their lead till the final whistle.

The second game of the day saw Youth Soccer Academy beat a hapless B.P.C.L SC. Braces from Rishar Kotian and Ayan Desai alongside a goal each from Siddharth and Brendon had put Youth Soccer into an unassailable 6-0 lead. Although B.P.C.L.  improved in the second half defending well they failed to trouble the scorecard.

The last game encountered an even affair between Young Guns from Vikhroli and Liyakal Ali F.C. After Taha Shaikh opened the scoring for Liyakals’ Pratik Suvarna pulled one back. However, Jabbar Shonde strike put Liyakal back into the lead. However, Christoper Kundar scored the second equaliser for his team to make it an even affair till the end.
