Young Boys S.C come back to a win over Soccer XI

On the Christmas Day, a match was played between Young Boys S.C & Soccer XI in Andheri Sports Complex, at 3:30 pm where the Black & Orange ‘Soccer XI’ team came down from a one nil lead to a 2-1 defeat at full-time leaving them without any points in the game.

The first half of the match looked phlegmatic as it went goalless until the first half whistle also saw a substitute from Young Boys as Ansari Asif came in to replace Sana Singh in the 42nd minute.

The half time pep talk came out live in the 47th minute as Shreyas Patil got the first goal of the game. Ashwant Kumar was called out to make a place for Avinash in the 54th minute also to change things around for the Yellow & Black team Haris Ansari & Abdulla Ansari (Jr.) out to make way for Shahabuddin Shaikh & Arif Ansari (Sr.) respectively in the 56th & 63rd minute.

Another substitute for the Black & Orange as they get Anziya Ankush & Chandramohan Nazr to replace Kiran Ghatwal & Dhruv Mathur in the 67th & 72nd minute.

What a comeback as the substitute, Ansari Asif got on to score the equaliser of the game in the 63rd minute getting them back on track which later inspired another substitute Ansari Arif to get the winner in the 87th minute making it 2-1 for Yellow & Black outfit.

The game also saw two yellow cards for Pravin.K & Shanson. P in the 84th & 66th minute from the losing side.

A well-deserved comeback for Young Boys S.C as they beat Soccer XI by 2 goals to 1 at full time.
