WIFA to conduct classes for new referees
Mumbai: The Western India Football Association (WIFA) will be conducting referee classes for beginners at the Cooperage ground starting at 2.00 pm on June 13, 2015. These classes will provide an opportunity for youngsters to become professional referees.
The classes will be conducted for four days and will consists of extensive theory and practical sessions, under the supervision of renowned referee instructors from the AIFF panel of referees, Walter Pereira and Dhanraj More.
The course is open for men and women who are 18 years and below 30 years and have a minimum qualification of SSC passed.
All those who are interested to become professional referees may report by 2.00 pm at the Cooperage ground along with the requisite documents and register for the course. All candidates who had registered with the MDFA are requested to report and attend the classes.
