U-15 Youth League Match Preview: Kenkre FC vs PIFA Colaba

PIFA Colaba are all set to play Kenkre FC in the HERO U-15 I-League/Youth League 2015-16 at Cooperage Stadium, later today. Both the Mumbai based clubs has shown sheer display in terms of footballing quality and they would surely not hesitate to display the same, when they face off today.

Although the previous results has not gone into their way, it won’t be a surprise if both, Kenkre FC and PIFA Colaba will provide a thrilling encounter at Cooperage.

The host, Kenkre FC U-15 are yet to register their first win in this campaign but as it is a derby, the host will make sure that their visitors, PIFA Colaba will have to deliver their best form to overcome them.

The visitors, PIFA Colaba has an thunderous win in their account after thrashing Steadfast FC 8-1 earlier in the campaign, despite trailing 1-0 at half-time. PIFA Colaba also held a strong DSK Shivajians side 1-1 this season at Cooperage, if they carry the same form into today’s clash then it would be a difficult job for the host, Kenkre FC to get something from this game.

Kenkre FC has been quite dangerous in this campaign when going forward. They have created tons of chances in their previous games, but due to poor finishing they have already suffered number of losses.

For instance when Kenkre FC visited DSK last month, they registered more than a dozen shots on target but none of them found the back of the net, which unfortunately resulted in a 2-0 loss where they should have easily acquired all three points.

Taking PIFA Colaba’s and Kenkre’s offensive prowess into consideration, the derby can prove to be a goals galore which will surely please the spectators.

Both the teams will be looking to grab all three points, as a win will surely help Kenkre and PIFA Colaba to get their campaign back on track.
