The Football Counter player of the match for J.S.W Steel vs FC Khar sporting was Omprakash Jaiswar who stood above from the rest with a splendid performance at Xaviers ground, Parel.
The ‘10’ no. playmaker justified his jersey number as he toyed around for fun against FC Khar sporting with three assists and a thunder bolt goal in first half.
Omprakash didn’t have enough pace or magic skills but his technicality on the field overshadowed everyone today. The stunner he scored just before the stroke of half time was nothing than a magical moment for Omprakash as everyone was in a state of disbelief when that happened, not many score such belters.
He is even good in set pieces, two of his resulting corner were turned into a goal when his cross met his teammates perfectly who comfortably turned it into goal.
Just when everyone on the field and bench thought this is all over now, Omprakash delivered it again. This time it was from a free kick of his which got deflected and went into the goal.
It’s a rare sight when a player plays on such level in 2nd division of MDFA, Omprakash and his team, J.S.W Steel should be proud of that.
