Sporting Club de Goa manages to recover itself from a defeat in the second half with the help of Victorino Fernandes, who scored for the team in the 66th minute in the I-league match held at the Balewadi Sports Complex.
Victorino was prepared to score from the very start as he attempted a low shot at the goal. But the ball never entered the goal as the Pune FC goalkeeper Amrinder seized the ball. Pune counter attacked the next moment as Ryuji Sueoka shot at the goal which was off target.
5 minutes later, Gonsalves passes the ball to Thongkhosiem Haokip and it seemed he will score but then referees intervened as it was an offside

Borges takes a shot 4 minutes later again saved by Amrinder who had been the strength of Pune Fc the last man standing before the ball could enter.
As the final whistle blew, the game ended with both Haokip and Victorino score 1 goal each for their respective teams.
