Naaz United thrash Kalakaar Indians to go top; Hina Royals edge konnark realtors

Naaz United surged to the top of the table with a comfortable 4-1 win over Kalakaar Indians in the Colaba Super League held at the Back Garden’s Ground in Colaba on Sunday, 3rd May 2015.

Karim Shaikh was the star for Naaz United as his brace helped them ease to the three points and maintain their hundred percent start to the CSL.

Karin Shaikh opened the scoring for Naaz United before Vaibhav Tandel doubled Naaz United’s lead. Their victory was sealed when Lakhan Lokhande added a third goal for Naaz United to put them 3-0 up.

Kalakaar Indians did manage to get on the score sheet, when Chetan Naik made it 3-1 for Kalakaar Indians. But he squashed any hopes of the Indians comeback when he was red carded.

Naaz United had the last laugh when Karin Shaikh bagged his side’s fourth goal as Naaz United went top after a 4-1 win over Kalakaar Indians.

In the first game of the day, Hina Royals edged a five goal thriller against konnark realtors who lost a third game on the bounce.

Yogendra Meher and Dhiraj Meher were on target for Hina Royals who cancelled out a brace from Mrunal Tandel for konnark realtors But Lavesh Patil’s cracking goal tilted the balance in Hina Royals’ favour.

It was a sublime finish from Lavesh Patil and was worthy of winning any game of football.
The win took Hina Royals’ tally to four points in the campaign.
