A new adventure takes roots-The Football Five’s World Championship – India leg!

“There’s two times of year for me: Football season, and waiting for football season.”- Darius Rucker
Well, there are many such Indian youngsters whose thoughts align with those of Darius Rucker and SPT Sports Management is giving them a golden opportunity to realize their dream in the soccer world.
A pioneer and leading Integrated Sports Management Company, they have opened registrations for the Football Five’s World Championship in our country in order to recognize footballing talent who will go on to represent India in a World Championship competing against 47 other countries!
Catering to 4 cities, with 100+ teams in the fray, the hunt has been completed very successfully earlier this year in Bengaluru, Aizawl and Guwahati and is now moving on to Aamchi Mumbai on the 14th and 15th of March.
An open event for amateur male footballers over the age of 16, holding an Indian passport, it will culminate with the City winners playing each other in the National Final at Bengaluru on March 28-29.
The main catch is the one where the National Winners will be travelling to Dubai in order to represent India at the Global Championship Final to be held at the World Trade Centre from the 23rd to 25th of April.
To register for the Mumbai event then, one has to follow two simple steps. Firstly, download and complete the registration form available on their site, and mail the signed scanned copy back to them (along with valid government photo ID proofs of all 7 players) and second, transfer the entry fee of Rs. 6,500 per team.
