Western Railway to take on PIFA Colaba later today

24th December 2017, Mumbai: On the eve of Christmas, two sides who have been struggling so far this season – Western Railway and PIFA Colaba will face-off in the MDFA (Mumbai District Football Association) Elite Division at Mumbai Football Arena, Andheri later today.

The Railways are hoping to win their third match of the campaign, while PIFA Colaba who is not having a great season either will be looking for their second win of the ongoing Elite Division campaign. With an experienced squad, Western Railway has been struggling to find form this season. Their poor finishing is turning out to be worrisome.

Meanwhile, Western Railway had to settle for a 0-0 draw against Central Bank of India (CBI) where they were wasteful in front of goal.

Players to watch out for: Lineker Machado, Mervin Stephen, Somi and Ravikant Naidu (Western Railway); Sushant Jadhav, Kamran Ansari, Afzar Noorani (PIFA Colaba).

Kick-off: 03:00 pm – Mumbai Football Arena, Andheri.
