In a group E of Play-off fixture, Sirf Keval FC’s late fight back was not enough as The Soccer Academy came out with all three points courtesy of Ajay Morris first half brace. Morris Varghese pulled one back for Sirf Keval in the 35th minute but TSA defence held on for rest of the game as the score read 2-1 at full time in favour of TSA. In group F fixture, Maurya Youngstars FA played out a goalless draw against Los Galacticos FC to share the spoils.

18th January, 3rd Division League:

While the Play-Off teams have been confirmed and schedules are drawn out with couple of games already played out there are few teams that are yet to complete their league fixtures and are way below in their respective tables. Few such teams played out their last league games one of which had SSE United edging Stark Football Club courtesy of Abhishek Bhosle’s 45th minute solitary strike. In the other game, Subjit Singh’s 19th minute goal proved to be the winner as Vignesh Naicker FC defeated Black Panther 1-0.

Game 1: Vignesh Naicker FC (Subhjit Singh 19’) 1 – 0 Black Panther

Game 2: SSE United (Abhishek Bhosle 45’) 1 – 0 Stark FC

1st Division:

In a highly entertaining game, DK Pharma came from two goals down to end the game with a draw and scorer Jagjeet Reens being sent off. In a group A fixture, Somaiya Sports Academy took the lead around the half hour mark after Sanket Mayekar found the net. Somaiya would have probably imagined their third win of the campaign when Ayush Malviya doubled the lead in the 64th minute. However Jagjeet Reen’s twin strike within three minutes brought the game back to level terms. However drama ensued when Jagjeet was sent off few minutes later after picking up a second booking of the day,. Despite reduced to 10 men, DK Pharma held on to the lead till the full time to earn a point.

Game 1: DK Pharma 2 (Jagjeet Reen 72’, 74’) – 2 Somaiya Sports Academy (Sanket Mayekar 28’, Ayush Malviya 64’)
